What type of care do you provide?

Living By Faith HomeCare, LLC provides non-medical home care designed to support individuals with everyday activities while promoting comfort, dignity, safety, and independence at home.

What services do you offer?

Our services include personal care assistance, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping and errands, and transportation and community support when appropriate to the client’s service plan.

Where do you provide services?

We currently serve individuals and families in Douglas County, Nebraska.

How do I request care?

You can submit a Client Referral through our website or contact Living By Faith HomeCare directly. We will discuss your needs, answer your questions, and determine whether our services are a good fit.

Do you provide medical or skilled nursing care?

No. Living By Faith HomeCare provides non-medical home care. We do not provide skilled nursing or other medical services.

Do you accept Medicaid?

Medicaid participation is not currently available through Living By Faith HomeCare. Please contact us for current information regarding available payment options and service arrangements.

Can services be personalized?

Yes. Care is based on each individual’s needs, preferences, routines, and agreed-upon service plan.

What if a client’s needs change?

We encourage clients and families to communicate changes in care needs as soon as possible. Services can be reviewed to determine whether adjustments are appropriate and remain within our non-medical scope of care.
